Tutor: Francisco Luis Gallardo        My name is Fancisco Luis Gallardo. I am 33 years        old and I was born in the Waikato and live in Raglan.        I have always loved Physical Education as a child.        I tried my hand at sport such as: rugby, cricket, football,        gymnastics, golf, whatever is available. As I matured I was        naturally inclined to offer assistance to team mates. I got        great joy from coaching my teammates.        Along with physically active sports, I thoroughly enjoy        the challenges of astute games such as chess and other board games.        These help provide a balance between the physical strenuous and mind        challenging sports. Through chess I have learnt strategies that can be        transferred and integrated into most invasion sports.        I have recently completed my Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise        Science at Wintec specifically in the Department of the School of Sports        Science and Exercise Prescription (SSSEP).        During my time at SSSEP I focused my attention on coaching pedagogy,        through this I was fortunate enough to re-establish my coaching having        worked with junior cricket teams in my youth. I was lucky to be given the        Raglan area school under 16 girls Basketball team        At the completion of my basketball programme I was very keen to continue        my coaching development so I sought further coaching opportunities.        Once again I was very lucky to be given the chance to coach junior cricket        (year 5-6) at Rototuna primary school. I coached and managed two teams, the        Rototuna Rebels and the Rototuna Roosters in the 2012/2013 and 2013/14 seasons.        I get a huge thrill when I teach a child a skill and then see them applying the skill.
